So I started documenting my walks. Just for me at first. A way to preserve those fleeting moments in the world's most interesting cities. But then I realized these videos could be more than a personal archive — they could help others get a real feel for a place before they ever step foot there.

Life had other plans too. I became a new dad, stepped away from my startup, and found myself unexpectedly laid off. Suddenly I had something I hadn't had in years: time. And instead of rushing to the next thing, I decided to slow down and build something that actually mattered to me. Thus, Visual Journeys was born.
